Before the hullin process, all coffee must go through two (2) cleaning systems to eliminate impurities or external agents (stones, threads, sticks, etc.).
There are a variety of grain selection methods. Among them, grains can be chosen by size or density. Using electronic or manual technologies, we can separate and eliminate grains that are not of optimal density or have black pigmentation or any other color, excluding the “jade color” that distinguishes our special coffee. We also use methodologies that select based on size, according to our client’s requirements.
After the drying process the green coffee is packed in jute bags, ready to be loaded in the shipping containers. Through client requests we can provide other services, like hermetic bags, as well as quality and weight certificates.
